Privacy Policy — Sonar Survivor

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Sonar Survivor (the “App”), developed by junhc (“we”, “I”), handles information. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We do not require an account and do not directly collect personally identifiable information. The App has no login and no server of our own.

Game progress (stored only on your device): your cores, best depth, upgrades, language and sound settings, and purchase status are saved in your device’s local storage. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
Data processed by third-party services: to show ads and process purchases, the third parties listed below may collect device and usage information as described in their own privacy policies.

2. Third-party services

Google AdMob (advertising)

We use Google AdMob to show optional rewarded video ads (e.g. to revive or double earned cores). AdMob may collect and process your device’s advertising identifier (Advertising ID / AAID), IP address, and device information to deliver and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. The App declares the com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID permission for this purpose.

RevenueCat (in-app purchases)

The optional “Remove Ads” purchase is processed through RevenueCat, which validates and manages purchases. RevenueCat receives purchase events and a randomly generated, anonymous app user identifier; it does not receive your name or payment card details. Payment itself is handled by Google Play — we never see or store your card information.

3. How information is used

To run the game and save your progress on your device.
To show rewarded ads and pay out the corresponding in-game reward.
To process and restore the “Remove Ads” purchase.

4. Advertising choices

You can opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads), where you can also reset your advertising ID. In the EEA, UK, and other regions that require it, the App requests consent for data processing before ads are shown. Purchasing “Remove Ads” disables all advertising in the App.

5. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region) and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided data through the third-party services, please contact us.

6. Data retention & deletion

Game progress lives only on your device — clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App removes it. Purchase records are held by Google Play and RevenueCat under their policies. To request deletion of any data held by the third-party services, contact us at the address below and we will assist.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g. under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data and to object to certain processing. Because we hold no personal data ourselves, such requests are generally handled through the third-party services above; contact us and we will help direct your request.

8. Security

We rely on the security practices of Google Play, AdMob, and RevenueCat for any data they process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.

본 앱은 계정 가입을 요구하지 않으며, 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 당사가 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 본 앱에는 로그인 기능과 당사 자체 서버가 없습니다.

게임 진행 정보(기기 내에만 저장): 보유 코어, 최고 깊이, 강화 내역, 언어·사운드 설정, 구매 상태 등은 기기의 로컬 저장소에 저장됩니다. 이 데이터는 기기에만 남으며 당사로 전송되지 않습니다.
제3자 서비스가 처리하는 정보: 광고 노출 및 결제 처리를 위해 아래 제3자 서비스가 각자의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 기기·이용 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.

2. 제3자 서비스

Google AdMob (광고)

당사는 선택적 보상형 동영상 광고(예: 부활, 획득 코어 2배)를 표시하기 위해 Google AdMob을 사용합니다. AdMob은 광고 송출·측정(허용된 경우 맞춤 광고 포함)을 위해 기기의 광고 식별자 (Advertising ID / AAID), IP 주소, 기기 정보를 수집·처리할 수 있습니다. 이를 위해 본 앱은 com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID 권한을 선언합니다.

RevenueCat (인앱결제)

선택적 “광고 제거” 구매는 RevenueCat을 통해 검증·관리됩니다. RevenueCat은 구매 이벤트와 무작위로 생성된 익명 앱 사용자 식별자를 받으며, 이름이나 결제 카드 정보는 받지 않습니다. 결제 자체는 Google Play가 처리하며, 당사는 카드 정보를 보거나 저장하지 않습니다.

4. 광고 선택권

기기 설정에서 맞춤 광고를 거부할 수 있으며(Android: 설정 → Google → 광고), 광고 식별자를 재설정할 수도 있습니다. EEA·영국 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 광고 표시 전 데이터 처리 동의를 요청합니다. “광고 제거”를 구매하면 본 앱의 모든 광고가 비활성화됩니다.

5. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 만 13세(또는 거주 지역의 최소 연령) 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 제3자 서비스를 통해 정보를 제공했다고 판단되면 당사에 연락해 주십시오.

6. 보관 및 삭제

게임 진행 정보는 기기에만 저장되며, 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거로 삭제됩니다. 구매 기록은 Google Play와 RevenueCat이 각자의 방침에 따라 보관합니다. 제3자 서비스가 보유한 데이터의 삭제를 원하시면 아래 연락처로 문의해 주시면 지원하겠습니다.

7. 이용자의 권리

거주 지역(예: GDPR, CCPA)에 따라 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제 및 특정 처리에 대한 거부를 요청할 권리가 있을 수 있습니다. 당사는 개인정보를 자체적으로 보유하지 않으므로 이러한 요청은 일반적으로 위 제3자 서비스를 통해 처리되며, 당사에 문의하시면 안내해 드리겠습니다.

8. 보안

제3자가 처리하는 데이터에 대해서는 Google Play, AdMob, RevenueCat의 보안 체계에 의존합니다. 어떠한 전송·저장 방식도 완전히 안전하지는 않습니다.

본 방침은 수시로 개정될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 상단의 “최종 수정일”을 갱신하여 반영합니다.
